1. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your item. The shipping cost will pay by the customer. (VitoWhisper may refuse to accept the goods for return if returned incomplete.)
- In case defective, damaged, or missing parts in your parcel are discovered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Otherwise, we will not be liable.
- We may require photo evidence or additional information to process the return or refund.
2. Return Process:

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a VitoWhisper error or a defective product.
- We will pay for the return shipping only if the item is defective within 7 days of receiving your item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item.
4. Inspection and Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- In case of a return, there is a 20% restocking fee will pay by the customer. This figure may increases if the goods are unpacked, used or older than 7 days.
- We will process your return request within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to the bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of approval.
